What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of bad weather, Tourist Lines will postpone the tour date.It will also refund the full amount if the customer cannot participate in the tour.
For personal reasons I can no longer participate in the Tour, what happens if I cancel?
If the customer cancels the tour at least 7 days before the scheduled date, they will be entitled to a full refund; otherwise, they will not be entitled to a refund.
Can the dog come on board/access?
Animals are only allowed on ‘Exclusive Tours’. On all other group tours, animals are not allowed on board so as not to disturb other guests.
